Already stated that I WANTED to integrate the Midwest crews. All parties did not show up at the table in time (legally) to make this happen, that is a fact! The midwest management and TPG was in a hurry to return the 717's, thus putting crew members out of work.

I always wonder when people give RAH attitude, what they would have done given the same circumstances. Would you quit your job or not show up? You can't say anything about ALPA, because they did NOT back up Midwest, nor did an arbitrator. So how is this mine and others at RAH's fault?

Folks, this is what's called being "stunningly ignorant." It's people like this that make me sick. One should never judge an entire group of people for any reason. Call it what you want, but I'll call it prejudice and intollerance. It makes me sad to hear people preaching their hatred towards others.

I've never done anything but try and get any jumpseater, from any airline on. It's more a matter of people trying to get home than politics.

You have to admit emotions can color the situation. It is safer to keep someone off the flight deck who is going to be a distraction.

On the other hand, if there's a seat in the back, just treat them like any other non-rev.
