Default Airlineapps

A question was raised earlier in a thread wondering if Airlineapps.com was working correctly. I'm beginning to wonder myself.

I applied with another company through a different jobs board. Within an hour I received an email from the company saying they reviewed my resume and would I consider applying through airlineapp.com which I have for over two years and having their company as one of my targets. With that being said it makes me wonder if I'm even showing up at AE through airlineapps? I far exceed the requirements they are asking for. Why would they ask me to apply through airlineapps.com when I've been a member for almost two years. I've emailed airlineapps and am awaiting a response. Anyone have a similar experience?

Hey buddy...I posed the same question a few weeks ago. I have not heard a peep from any of my airlineapps.com targeted jobs. There is a freequent flyer in these threads named "Spoilers"...his response was, "You do know you are not the only one applying? Not everyone is going to get a call. Do you have an internal recommendation?" This was a light bulb moment for me. I don't ask questions in the regional forum any more. I am anxious to hear the responses. If there is a problem, I want to iron it out before the majors start hiring again. We may only have a small window to land an interview. It would be a shame to get hand cuffed by airlineapps. I am a Military guy so this process is new to me. I learn quite a bit just reading the different posts.

I completely agree with you. Airlineapps is highway robbery. I've gotten email offers faster than through the account. You know it's bad when American Eagle requires them. And I'm still waiting for my interview at Comair.....

How did you know I was a gojets pilot seeing that you're new here? I don't think I've made a gojets post since last year. Please get a life if you're looking up members.

In April of 08 the only thing I was lacking was a first class physical (I had let it lapse to a second class) I got my first class renewed and within 30 minutes of updating airlineapps.com I received an email from AE informing me I had been selected. July of 08 I added another company as a target. Within 15 minutes an email inviting me to an interview. Have been a member of airlineapps since. Today I applied through another job board and received an email saying my resume looked good and to apply through airlineapps.com. When I received that email it made me wonder if for some reason AE wasn't getting my info from airlineapps.com because the company that emailed me was also one of my target airlines on airlineapp.com. The email today got me to thinking, maybe, just maybe, airlineapps isn't working as it has in the past.

OR simply HR just put your resume aside... It happens...

Here's a crazy idea. Contact airlineapps! People here are just going to make fun of you for not getting a call and/or attack you for asking on here. Come on people.
