Also check the crewroom bulletin board when you go in for a base visit, or when starting IOE. There should be info posted, also ask the other guys you see sitting around the crewroom for help. Chances are they are on reserve and in a crashpad as well.

I havent been through the CRJ course, but I'm guessing the week after indoc is spent at home studying the CRJ systems material. The course is online, so they give you access codes and all. You have the option to do it right at the schoolhouse if you dont want to do it from home. Don't quote me on this, but that is how it is working for guys who are transitioning to CRJ CA and such.

Which cities do the LGA based CRJ's fly to?

You are falling behind the aircraft sir!

As of now, the LGA CRJ does a decent amount of ATL and CLT overnights. Occasional YYZ, CLE, RDU as well. This month it looks like there are a few sequences that go through ORD with overnights in PHL and random turns from ORD to IAH, OMA, OKC, and other random ORD routes.
I believe LGA-MSP starts next month as well.
The original plan was for the LGA CRJ to do flying through JFK to BOS/DCA/YYZ/RDU in the Spring 2011.

Haha, don't feel bad. I was beyond clueless when I got hired here. I was barely getting my seat belt fastened by the time we were rolling down the runway on IOE, literally!
It says a lot that you guys all have good questions to ask and are learning about what is involved before you get here, very smart.

The Ipad and Zpad are close to LGA. Walking distance. It 'sucked' but your LGA cpad options are nil.
Pvt msg me for the landlords info. Your gna pay out of the
for transportation from Kew Gardens to LGA. And its at least an hour bus from Kew Gardens to JFK.
