What is the credit time when a flight cancels, either due to maint, wx or atc delays?
Medical insurance - How much do they contribute?
Junior Saab bases?
any chance getting Bar Harbor Maine?
Whats reserve like? and yes I already know lousy.

Questions about work rules? Work rules currently suck.
Block or better? yes. not that it will really matter because most on the saab only get 75 guarantee due to IAD/IAH lines being built with 60-70 hrs.
Standup overnights? yes

Medical insurance - How much do they contribute? I dont know but I am single and pay about $80 every paycheck for the highest level. Lowest level used to cost me about $40.

Whats reserve like? and yes I already know lousy. QOL sucked as a senior FO, and I hear it's worse for junior reserves guys. I just had ground with some houston saab dudes and newark Q dudes and that is what they all said (and I can confirm NE saab for myself). not like usual reserve suck, but like really really suck. probably because scheduling/mgmt doesnt give a crap about the pilot QOL/morale in the gutter and does whatever they want and changes rules on a daily basis
Realistic take home pay? $1575 (75x21) minus health insurance and taxes. you may be able to make more due to the summer season now but that is only temporary. as long as Matt Hand is building the lines they will continue to be below guarantee. (yet there is like 500 hrs of open time that they juniorman/extend lineholders with everyday)

$1575 is gross. For me, single, 75 hours, after taxes, mid-level medical, and uniform deductions, take home was .... (drum roll)
$1150
Perdiem ranges from $0 for day trips to about $400 for four-days.
