Again, thanks to all the replies... Went to the interview, all the posts above were correct in their descriptions. Got the conditional job offer and now just waiting at home drinking orange juice.

It was a Boeing 707 when I did it...seriously. My first step up from a seneca was that ride, in 4-engine straight-turbojet transport.

It was a 707 up until around 2005. Then they started doing using the ATR. Some people got the Saab when the ATR was down or being used. It's too bad they aren't using the real sims anymore. That was actually a fun part of the interview.

That "guy" is one of the best pilots I have ever flown with. He also happens to be very very senior with many years over at the school house. Probably not an appropriate comment for a public forum if you want to get hired at Eagle.

I think he's Seniority Number 2 in the company. If you ever get notice that he'll be doing your PC, rejoice. A very straight forward no nonsense event. I guess he's more concerned with substance, not image.

He'll treat you right, even if HE thinks YOU look ridiculous.

agreed, he looks intimidating but was surpised when he opened his mouth. Very pleasant guy!
