Default upgrades

So, now that we have finally recalled them all, how long will it be until an upgrade class gets started? I seem to remember a vaccancy bid that came out a few weeks back but never saw the results. As a 200 captain I know we could definitely use some help.

They must have figured Delta is going to steal about 40 of us leaving them short again this fall so maybe even some hiring in the future.
Thoughts...

I did some counting when that award came out and from guys in the A upgrading and some guys taking an upgrade into IAD minus a couple folks that decided to go back to FO??, I believe it was something like 45 upgrades which I believe covered all the downgrades plus a couple extra that went to the big bad Dulles to eat some 5 guys.

From one of the conference calls:
Training
There will be some training for you to finish online via ecampus prior to attending class.
If you are assigned the same aircraft you were previously flying and you've been out:
1. Less than 12 mos: 3 days of ground school, 2 sims, 1 PC, OE as required.
2. 12-18 months: 2 days of ground school, 4 days of gen ops, 2 sims, 1 pc, 1 qloft, 25 hs OE.
3. More than 18 months=: The whole "newhire" program.
If you are swapping aircraft, expect 6 extra days or so for differences.
