Hey ASA

Just to add another point. In DTW don't block the mile wide alley. You can turn to the zipper road and tuck it in so everyone can get by. We respect you in ATL do us the same favor.

Hey ASA--do you guys have a profile descent of 260/270 knots on arrival??? Is this a company policy or what???
Memphis has been backed up like nothing else in recent months--I'm not going to point fingers or anything (I know you guys have rigs--and wish we had them at 9E). However, it's getting a little ridiculous slowing down to 250 for in-trail spacing 240 miles out, every single friggin' morning on the arrivals (especially SW gate)...and 90% of the time, it happens immediately after they query an Acey in front of us doing 260/270...
While I'm on here, thanks to the ASA crew that rolled all the way to the end of 36R, telling the tower "unable" when instructed to turn left on Papa AND Sierra 3, in what the tower and my crew considered an intentional attempt to make us go around...you gave me the opportunity to fill out a FSR for the first time in a few months...

First off - ATC will assign whatever speed will work for them on the arrival, I highly doubt they are catering to ASA crews.
As to the folks that rolled long, maybe the Captain was a d**k - or maybe they had a legitimate reason to roll to the end.
BTW - how do you know the tower "considered" this an intentional attempt to make you go around?
you sound butt-hurt about something else; trust me, 95% of ASA crews are not intentionally crampin' your style.

Ok I have a complaint about Pinnacle if they are complaining about us.
Give us your MSP base, NOW. Commuting sucks.

Dear ASA, Continue doing what you do and enjoy!
I dont recall any posts on here when Pinnacle joined the ATL circus and screwed up EVERYTHING on the ramp...
The Pinnacle Pilots will whine until they die but NEVER take action - dont take it to heart! They just want to make sure they can preserve their substandard work rules and pay
LOLOLOL They will stop the whining soon!

Yep. We fly Econ speeds per company policy derived from a cost index and numerous other variables, and they are usually in the 260/270 range for descent. An ATC assigned speed obviously overrides the Econ profile. I'd estimate we have about 35-45% participation in the cost index speeds.
