Default Vision input (focus on Dornier 328)

I'm starting a new thread because I couldn't really find what I needed in others.

I have an interview with Vision next week, and I'm told they are interviewing for the 328. I'm assuming this is for the new ATL-SDF line. Can anybody tell be about this job, and the company in general?

Whats they pay? Stability of the company? Upgrade times? Bases? Benefits? I'm finding very little information here. Anyway info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Buddy of mine was there a few years ago on the 328Jet. I think they just have a prop or two left now. He was in LAS but said it was average at best. Haven't heard anything about upgrade times, they are non union and really operated like a big 135. So upgrade is probably based on merit or how much butt you kiss. I have heard stories about pilots not getting paid but they still seem to find people. If you get the job enjoy the 328. Its a great airplane, definately my favorite.

Why would you apply to an airline you know nothing about! Usually you research a company before making the decision to apply. Just saying...

Good luck sir

Check out the Upstart Section, there was some literature from some people about Vision.

And out of curiousity, what were the requirements they wanted?

Better yet, you ask "who?" on the Internet? Try one of the popular search sites before you ask "who?" You can look up such things on the Internet.
