Aren't you the guy with 950hrs but said you have 1000 on your App, along with no traffic violations but you just got a speeding ticket??? Well, IF you make it past the interview and manage to get to the sim, you'll be typed in the Q, but keep in mind your checkride will be exactly like a captains ride and ATP standards to pass.

Lets be fair here. He put he had 1000 because he has 50 hours of sim time or something (which I guess he didnt know did not count). And he got the speeding ticket just recently AFTER the sent his information.

I didn't lie about anything, I got the ticket after the application was sent. I spoke with the HR friday and she said it was no problem at all, and thanks for calling but it wouldn't have mattered. Also that sense I have not had my court date yet that it was not even on my driving record but thanks for letting us know ahead of time. No reason to try to put negative thought in to someone before they have a interview but thanks for the support. It would have been different if I was trying to get away with something but I'm not. So seems to me the only people that is making a big deal out of it is some of yal on these forums.

Why don't you let the kid interview guys? Hiring "mins" aren't set in stone... He's as green as can be, you're not painting a very positive picture for the poor kid.
Jake, go in with an open mind. It's important to not mislead or hide anything when it comes to airline apps/interviews. You're not the first to "misunderstand" how the process works and what's expected. I wouldn't worry about all the razzing you're getting on here. If you're qualified and fit the mold, you'll get the job. Either way, the interview will be a good experience. There will be plenty of hiring going on in the next couple of years, so chin up and best of luck!
