Are they strict on the multiengine currency if I have 2000jet SIC?

How out of currency are you? I was hired in November and didn't even have 100 hours total in the last 6 months, but had over 2500 jet SIC and was still employed by a 121 carrier. I would have to think they would look past multi currency with that kind of time, especially if that time was 121.

You should be fine with prior 121. They've hired guys that haven't touched a plane in two years. Junior bases are DTW and IAD.
