How to compare contracts?

How to compare contracts?
Often I hear/ read pilots talk about what companies have the best/ worst work rules. Yet they never seem to have any resources to back their claims. Are contracts proprietary information? I would love to "educate" myself as it is time to start interviewing (finaly) but would like to go into this with my eyes wide open as suggested by so many. Other than short snipets and unsubstantiated remarks I haven't found anything that would serve as a tool to shed some light on this often talked about subject. So... is there a resource to find and/or compare the contracts that govern work rules at airlines?

Here's ATLantic Southeast's, however there will be a new joint contract to come. And hopefully there will be alot of change.

Contracts are nice to see, but they are meaningless if you put yourself in a bad situation. For instance, if the airline with the worst contract has a base where you live and has significant attrition and growth prospects it is probably a better deal than commuting across the country for the airline with the best contract.

Also management may or may not apply the contract as written...best to ask someone who works at an airline you are interested in.
