Wait...so you guys just found out your schedules for next month yesterday?. Where the f*ck is the MEC on this stuff? This kinda crap blows my mind, and would never fly on the ERJ side of the house. I'm not trying to stir the pot here guys, but stuff like this does not give the ERJ side a favorable view of the CRJ MEC. It's completely unacceptable for the company to be doing this, and even worse if the union bends over and takes this up the pooper.

Not trying to flame here at all and more just curious, but was it last summer you guys were so short on pilots they were taking people below minimum days off for the month involuntarily? I'm just curious as to what your union was able to do with that situation. Our union would have signed an MOU adjusting our min days off behind our back to make what the company was doing totally legal while they enjoy a 6hr min day credit. |

Meanwhile at XJT we get the bid packets for May next week, with the results around the 9th. |

I agree with you 100%, I'm completely *********g over this place. But, what would your MEC have done differently? The company will do what the company wants, hopefully we just see a hard line response from the Union. If the Union backs down (or already have), it would be nice to see 800+ grievances from all the ATL pilots affected. |

Our MEC has had its problems too, but I'd take ours over yours any day. |
Whatever, let's talk all the sh!t we want, but there is no doubting the Unions productivity based on trip day per credit hour. I have vacation for April and still have 2 four days worth 27 hours each. That gives me roughly 90 hours pay for 8 days work! I know the bid delay hurt us all, but there is no denying what our MEC gave us compared to the company lines!

Does it not blow anyone's mind that the difference between the Companies Average 4 day is 21 hours and the unions average 4 day is 25 hours! I feel like I am taking crazy pills!
