What? This doesn't have anything to do with PBS. You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Take your propaganda to the appropriate thread. This thread is currently discussing the lack of a flight schedule in 5 days.

Our side's(XJT) most junior FO has known his schedule for days now while your most senior still doesn't know or just found out. Our lineholders have known their schedules for weeks. While this may not be a "PBS" problem, I hope you can understand why we want nothing to do with your guys completely screwed up scheduling system.

This issue was caused by a series of poor management decisions. Since we are now mismanaged by the same group, this "scheduling system" is coming to you too! Welcome!
All this would have happened even if we had hard line bidding. |
i will say....waiting this long stunk. HOWEVER, I have vacation the first week of April and all I have all month is 4 naps (highspeeds). Getting paid gurantee to fly 17 hours of block aint too shabby if you ask me.....i still like pbs.

with training or carry over credit? At the maximum possible nap credit I still see you coming up just shy.

2. For those of you saying this would have happened even with our line bidding, WRONG. The initial line improvement has to happen before the secondary bid even opens, let alone they find out their schedules. In other words, guys with lines contractually have to know their schedules at the lastest by the 15th of the month. You ASA guys seriously need to take your heads out of the sand, man up and embrace a far superior situation. Imagine having that 17 hour block in a vacation month, picking up a 15 hour 2 day and getting paid 90 hours because its added onto guarantee not block. You essentially just got 90 hours of pay and blocked 32 hours for the month. WAKE UP!!! |
