Not much I can do about the company, because they obviously will not ever care about us. However, I hope the Expressjet union guys are good... 14th - 20th. Almost a week to get awards out? And they still can't do it on time. Whether or not they are trying help us 'improve our schedule' is irrelevant, its been almost 6 months since PBS rolled out.
There are plenty of other companies out there with PBS. I do not see them upset about getting late awards every month. Maybe perhaps they are just so passive, not to say anything, and are content with their contracts being walked over. Perhaps they would rather be quiet and take it in the butt while looking for a new job, then stand up and say(do) something about it. |
