JFK is a possibility, but that would be very short term at the rate we are hiring. MSP will be a loooong time, especially after the merger. Both Mesaba and Pinnacle are quite senior there.

I don't know how senior the 900 is for Mesaba in MEM, but at Pinnacle after the displacement MEM is much more senior too. But I'd say you'll have the opportunity to get into MEM before MSP. It'll just take a while.

thanks guys.
what about mesaba though? are they also actively hiring and how many? because I noticed they have lower flight time requirements.
which base would be the most likely one if I were to get on with mesaba?
and I'm a little confused as to how mesaba and pinnacle are different when it comes to work rules or QOL etc. and if they aren't much different, then how come their hiring minimums are?

There are many displaced FOs from MSP and MEM that are looking to get back to their spots so I wouldn't hold me breath for either of those. The new hire spots open for this class are DTW and JFK FO in the -200.
