A recent survey results:

Average Times for a Regional Air Carrier Pilot

2004 - 2006
License = CPL w/ CFI
Total TIme = 780
Instrument = 65
Multi-Engine = 75

Can't be right. In 2004 you were lucky to get hired with less than 2000/500.

As a person whos logbook is close to looking like that, I really hope you are right. However, I am not getting my hopes up. I would like to see where you got that information.

I am sketchy on the source as well fellas, got via email. I was thinking it must be an average from all applications submitted, no actually line pilots. I didn't pay to much attention to the info, but I think it was from some of those fast track airline captain in 8 weeks crap.
