Default CHQ Pilots

I have a few questions for all you Chautauqua pilots out there. I'm reading CHQ is loosing 20 145's from Usair. Any idea which domiciles these are coming from? How senior are BUF and MCO? Any rumours on either of these shrinking or closing?

Thanks!

They are removing those a/c from the US Air system and using them in the CAL system I believe, or somehow shuffling those assets. Basically the 44 a/c award from CAL comes down to about a 24 net gain in a/c from my understanding.

BUF is junior, MCO VERY senior (and it has recently been shrunk).

MCO, BUF, RIC, GSO & LGA are on the potential chopping block...depends on what happens with the Delta RFP (MCO) and if RAH decides to put E175s in LGA.

The 145s are leaving the US system. Where you ask? My guess is from LGA from Parker's statements and the "upping" of the average seats. Since they are going to the CAL system, we don't know where they will fly as of yet since routes aren't announced nor has a displacement bid been issued. However, the press release said they would tend to overlap our current route system for "efficiencies". As of today the CRJs (24 growth planes) will have pilot bases in SDF and IAH.

Here are several open questions: What is DL doing with Mesa, nee Freedom, as they are not continuing to expand in MCO, and we stopped shrinking. What will be the outcome of our DL contract (my pure speculation, compensation reduction on the ERJs and expanded E-Jet flying)? Where will LCC put the 175s?
