kinda interested in the "regional" point of view of this also....
For me my goal in my career is better pay and better working conditions. With that I have always wanted to track towards the majors, if something like this works then more power to us AND those in the future I believe. I support the Orange. SOS.

Airline management has always counted on pilots being selfish, shortsighted and fearful. While concepts such as courage, strength, unity and vision may seem foreign and unfamiliar to some pilots, the fact is that these attributes are widely present throughout the profession -- the question is whether or not a movement like this can succeed in raising the bar while so many individual pilots are trying to drag it to the floor.

Those of you that have the mentality of "don't rock the boat" because my career job is just around the corner are in for a rude awakening. The "pilot shortage" will be fixed with more outsourcing to regionals that are whipsawed against each other. Even if you can't bring yourself to actively support this effort by "sitting down", show your unity with the subversive sticker and bid the special day off and don't answer your phone.
