When does the final post? Any wagers as to if it will be compliant with the date & time stated on the bid?
Edit: just got the ALPA e-mail, suprised, of course not. It did answer my questions though

In previous bids we sent our bids for a voluntary displacement to MH, now I guess we send them to FS from Mesaba. There might have been some confusion about that.

I think someone from your base has to be getting displaced in the first place in order to volunteer or I'd jump all over it. Did they can anyone from BOS? No one got the boot from IAH.

In order to take a voluntary displacement someone from your base and seat must be displaced who is junior to you. When you take a voluntary you assume their seniority to change bases. For example if their seniority can't hold MEM 900 but yours could then you can't hold MEM 900 as a voluntary. If they can hold MEM 900 and you want MEM 900 and they're junior to you, you can go in their place. (insert whichever base you prefer)
