Look people. This is just the first of many realignments and adjustments as they begin to integrate the companies.

I seriously doubt they will be so focused on making sure they have the exact amount of staffing in position and domicile for a couple reasons:

1. Training is going to pull these guys off line for months
2. The company is going to have to readjust again in coming months with more vacancies.
3. I believe that Colgan still has Q-400s yet to be delivered. So even though this is a realignment to accommodate a loss of flying, it is a temporary one.

You guys are worse than a bunch of book club women, speculating what kind of nightmare this is going to be. It's not.

The company turned down the flying because they don't want to fly out west. They are afraid their performance numbers will improve too much, so they decided just to stay with the delay prone northeast corridor.

What happened to the 15 CONFIRMED orders for CoNited to be delivered in 2013? There are OPTIONS for another 15 on TOP of that. If they're not taking them now that would be news to many. Source?
