Hopefully we will hit the bottom of all this turmoil as quick as possible. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't our new CEO successful when he was at Frontier. I'm kind of hoping he has the leadership skills to pull us through this and get us expanding. I mean if Phil was still there I would be getting off the Titanic on the first available life boat.

This just goes to show how badly under staffed we still are across all certs and it should only get worse when 2012 comes. I think this is just the tip of the ice berg (For the aforementioned titanic reference). Nice to see that they're finally admitting it.
