I was just curious as to how long some of the recent new hires had to wait before they received the call for an interview.
Who was the Regional and how long did it take?
How long after the interview did you find out if you were hired or not?
And finally..If hired, how long did it take from that point until you started class?
Thanks!

Well I officially "applied" to Eagle over a year ago with only about 500/40 hours and of course got a prompt "do not meet minimums" email.
Then this summer I was around 1200/100 hours and updated my application. This was middle of June. About a week later I got a call for an interview middle July. Given the "pre-offer" at the interview and on that friday (4 days later) I was given a conditional offer and a class date for 2 weeks later.
From "meeting minimums" to class start was about a month and a half.
Now ExpressJet was a little bit different. I got called the following morning asking me for an interview. I went to the interview, was told that went well but had to wait almost 2 months before I heard anything back. I had already started training at Eagle and would not have started class until just now... and I have my checkride with eagle tomorrow.
So that gives you an idea with my experience with Eagle and ASA/XJT.

I heard from Eagle within two or three days after submitting my App. It took about a month from the time I got the offer to interview before I actually went in to interview though. Eagle will give you a pre-offer in the interview if they want you for the job. Once you mess up any single part of the interview they'll just kick you out and won't let you continue, so you know if you don't get the job pretty quick.
I submitted an application to ExpressJet at the same time as eagle with 1100/130 and never got any response from them at all. It's been about two months now.
My room mate got a job at Skywest. It took him about a month from submitting the application to getting an interview. They told him about a week later that he got the job. His class date wasn't until two months later though for some reason.
