Pinacolaba D-Day Round 2

You rubbed the salt in the wound and you're baiting everyone. Grow up man, you are the reason these threads go south. You knew when you made the jet comment that you were just trying to ruffle some feathers. If you didn't than you're just an idiot. Take your windfall to your own thread saabs, we're trying to move on. You guys can talk smack about thr RJ all you want but I can almost guarantee that most of you guys have it as number one in your standing bid. We can revisit this when the final comes out, but until then lets try to keep this a at least an 8th grade level, if you can handle that.

Take this from someone who has over 2500 hours in a CRJ from a previous life and now flies at CJC. The majority of us at CJC are East Coasters, and unless we live in or near MEM, DTW, or MSP the RJ isn't "cool" enough for us to bid it. Maybe JFK but that's about it.

Right, that would make sense. Anybody know how they plan on staffing BOS if everybody bids out? Obviously the extended timeline for the multi-bid somewhat prevents that, but will it be enough to staff the base?

I'd agree with this, the mutual sentiment that seems to be floating around is that most will go to the Q

Maybe that sounded like a really stupid question. Obviously they would just tdy crews to do the flying. Unless I'm reading too much into your "............'s" and if so, I apologize. I wonder if displacements in accordance with the realignment will taper off at the same rate as the remainder of the flying.

I don't want to make this into a my airplane is better than yours because to me the only thing that matters in this job after all is said and done is QOL. A plane is a plane. If I can get 18 days off and still credit 90 hours I could care less what it is. What grinds my gears, and probably most other guys, are the comments about the jets belonging to colgan or whatever else is said. It only serves to light fires and tick people off. We'll see what happens in October and how many Colgan guys think the 200 "sucks." For now I'm only recommending that certain people quit fanning the flames and grow up a little bit.

Didnt you hear, Colgan owns Pinnacle and MEsaba runs things...
Or maybe the Juice and Saabs run everything.
FYI Juice: before you go spouting off that I didnt proof read this post(most likely due to not having a good arguement), I am spelling XJ with a capital ME for a reason...
I enjoy your posts Saabs! Your Devil's advocate posting and argumentative mentality has caused for a most entertaining experience!
Safe flying!
