Default Keep Out

Sky club, world club whatever, you'd better stay out. It appears daddy delta doesn't want us in there even if we cover our uniform. What a crock ...
There's nothin like feeling the love from Delta. How much lifting do the regionals do for them? I guess it doesn't matter.
It's no wonder passengers complain so much, they treat everyone like...

Don't you need to pay a membership/entry fee to have access to the first club lounges?

This comes from people going in and acting like idiots... drinking out of control.. taking food out etc etc... from what I "hear" it has a lot to do with FAs going in and getting smashed then passing out in the crewrooms.
When you hire children, they will act as such.
In this particular case, Delta has one.

yes.

/break/

Are you going on something coming from your company? Or Delta?

I have a membership and have only gotten a generic memo from my company... not Delta.

ha ha well I guess Delta does a few...

Yes Delta allows staff to buy sky club passes for the year at a reduced cost even to its regional partners... so just as you would imagine it got totally abused.

Did you pay for a membership? I have a couple friends who are crewmembers, but they PAID for their membership. Plus, they make sure they're out of uniform when they go in.

Delta informed its regional partners to tell its staff... Ive heard there have been some bad cases of abuse, and it didnt suprise me in the least.

As far as I know, as long as you pay for membership and are not in uniform you are allowed access to the facilities. Haven't heard anything changing to that effect, but who knows.

I guess it's worth it if you spend long periods of times waiting at the airport.

New rule is unless you are flying out that day (non-rev) then you cant go into the lounge anymore...
So im sure the next step will be people listing for a flight to get a ticket and then just not showing up at the gate... so give it a couple of months and the lounge will be totally blocked for staff. Always takes a few to ruin it for all.
