I think that is the reason for the DUI. Had he been cruising around on a big wheel or Mean Green machine he would have been OK. But a Barbie Power wheel? That shows extremely poor judgement.

Had myself a red jeep. That thing was pretty sweet. I put some serious miles on 'er. Shoulda kept it with these gas prices bein so high.

I know someone who got a DUI riding a bicycle. He fought it in court and lost. Luckily he's not a pilot.

I find it ironic that one of the banner ads in this thread (at least on my computer) is an advertisement to become a trucker for C.R. England.
