Eagle Paperwork

On the previous employer section, for Pria, can I put the general phone and fax number or do I have to call the Companies to find out which fax I should use?

i'd write down the fax/phone numbers for whoever handles the pria paperwork at that previous company. that way it doesn't get lost in the process.

They expect the information to be accurate. They won't go chasing the companies for numbers, it's your responsibility. As soon as you get the pre-offer, they will start faxing stuff out right away, so it behooves you to make sure all the info is correct!

The more direct fax number/e-mail you can give them the quicker your paperwork will be returned which leads to your file being sent to the captains review board just that much faster.
