ha ha, that's awesome!!! Your own company is ashamed to say their name to the passengers. But if I am not mistaken the boarding pass says who operates the flight.

Like the other guy said, the manual says not to say "Pinnacle" only Delta/Northwest. So you want to correct him because he went along with what the manual says?

I agree with you, they are trying to hide the fact that it's not NWA they are flying on. Just like Eagle used to have RJ on the engines and they had them removed.
The real reason was that we had too many pax freak out and think they were on the wrong plane when the crew said "welcome aboard Pinnacle....."
