Did you guys vote? Are you taking a pay cut, or did you hold the line? Thought I read the vote was supposed to happen yesterday.

Regardless of how things turn out, I wish all of you luck over there.

Thanks for asking. Things couldn't be better! Financially the company is in a great place, there's still a unwaivering devotion to overcompensate incompetence, the upper level management bonus structure has remained strong, and with that- the unionized workforce morale is best described as high, and the company was just voted one of the top 800,000 companies to work for that start with the letter P

In all seriousness, nothing decided yet. Hurry up and wait...

Bottom line is there ain't no concession to give when your one of the lowest paid in the industry.
At least the Steelworkers Union is always willing to look out for the FA's best interest..They'll take the 5% cut starting Monday.
