I suspect that Comair will be losing some flying to a lower bidder very shortly....go to beagle

There is a general disdain for regional pilots from most mainliners......after all, you're "stealing" their flying

Welcome to AMR. It is true that an Eagle pilot leaving will still trigger training events. But it will not be company induced. That's just how it works. A pilot leaves, oh well there's nothing we can do. Hire from withn? Do you realize how much that will cost. It's never been about morale, just ask an Eagle crew.
