I was at Atlantic Coast and we tried the same thing and it fell on its face for a number of reasons. First when doing that type of ops. you need the flexability of no work rules. Our pilots were not to keen on lossing our hard fought work rules. Second, you need a first class dispatch and schedualing that gets what charter is all about... the customer and that never happended at ACA. I wish you guys the best of luck!

According to the announcement there will be a dedicated dispatch/scheduling department for the charters and XJT has some experience with it already from the FBOs they have been buying up the last few years.
