Logbook pro is good with ADPL... Sadly they didn't follow up on updating that program to fit the new line of phones that has been on the market for years.. Can you even buy a palm phone these days??

I think they made some big mistakes changing their structure into yearly fees for everything that you use on there. I also find them quite arrogant towards Apple products. Always making comments about them. Talk about biting the hand that feeds them...

This is exactly why I switched to LTP... I had LBP for years but at some point my file got corrupted so it was unable to sync with the iphone/ipad app. so I switched to LTP but the only complaint I have is that I will never switch to Mac computers (just ipad/iphone) and they do not have a PC version. This is very frustrating, but not something that would stop me from getting it if I had to do it over again. I have found that LTP is easier to use on the mobile platforms. It is also nice to be able to sync between iphone and ipad without using the cloud service. Each has their strengths, but I cant go back now...

According to the NC Software newsletter, APDL will be in user beta testing shortly. It was by far a superior product to anything else even in the old palm and windows 5 versions.
The iPhone/iPad version is being done first. It should kick butt on everything else. IMHO

Solo email supports sucks no matter what the product.

I made a mistake once and the creator Noah Lieberman actually called me. I gave him access to my computer and he fixed what I did. They're a small group growing so give them a chance. The forums usually have the answers to most questions. It's still the best electronic logbook (IMO of course)

Yep. Pretty much the polar opposite of Logbook Pro's "support" philosophy. Great program and support!

Well for all those who are thinking of investing in Logten pro for ipad, dont. I should have listened to all I read. Instead, I have years of information, completely lost, gone and a company that has no one available to fix the issue. I have been waiting for a call back and nothing. You have been warned (just like I was, sadly I didnt listen), you WILL lose your data, time, and money. Oh and then you will be left at the alter waiting on support. STEAR CLEAR OF LTP...its going to take months to rebuild all this in another program

I can help you with your issues. Lost data is extremely rare and in most cases your data is stored within iTunes or possibly within the iCloud. It is also always recommended that you backup your data (I can give you details on how to do that). I do not see a support ticket in the system with your name or with any issue similar to what you are describing. Your message may have been lost or not made it to the support site. Questions in most cases are answered within 24 hours, sometimes on the weekends it may take longer but the average response time is about 12 hours. If you reopen a support ticket or give me your number someone will call you.

I have had lots of help from them with fixing issues and the above post (if real) shows they value customer satisfaction. Give them a chance, now with that little plug can I get a free upgrade to the latest version? ;)

I have nothing but good things to say about LogTen. I'm new to the Mac World, and they not only were in touch with me during the set up but helped me with issues with my Mac that had nothing to do with their software.
