If one takes this route, don't forget to include court and serving costs in your claim.

Yep not sure about the rules in TN but most states the company has 20 days to answer and if they don't you can enter a motion for summary judgement and the judge will rule in your favor. However if the company declares BK next week you will be treated as an unsecured creditor like everyone else.

There could be one other option that might not come under the terms "self help".

In my experience, the company is good at putting out checks when I am under guarantee. So, for those who do not get under guarantee lines, drop trips to get as close as possible to 75 hours, and nobody answer the phone.

A couple months of that would shake the place up.

No need to file in TN. You can file in your own state and hire a process server in Memphis for a minimal cost, or just use Fedex.

Call your State Board of Labor Relations and report them. Its unaccetable that you all are waiting for over 2 weeks for pay without hearing from the company and its time you involve the state. If you have atleast followed the pre arranged procedure of submitting a Payroll Discrprency, Emailing ALPA, attempted other lines of communication.

In TN for a company to NOT pay you on the posted pay date for a period, it is a $500 to $1000 FINE PER PERSON.

This is only my recommendation of what to do.

How about refusing to work? Getting paid = work. Not getting paid = no work

Then they will just take more money out of the next check because you refused to work.

Work for free or don't work for free. Even better, you could pay them if you need the jet time.

Well it's done, as predicted. All of what was Colgan will be done before the end of the year. More to come.
