United does not have turboprop flying out of ORD. They are not going to get turboprop flying out of ORD, because it would put them at a competitive disadvantage against American and American Eagle. The decision to remove the Air Wisconsin 328 turboprop flying from the ORD hub back in 2002 was a conscientious move designed to increase market share, and although RJs have not gotten any more efficient, passengers don't like turboprops any more now than they did then either. Given the competitive nature of that market I find it unlikely that United would consider downgrading any of it's service, particularly when the less competitive IAD market still has so many citys that could be more efficiently served by turboprops (ROA, GSO, MDT, RIC, ORF, DAY, etc..). Also, I believe Colgan recently recieved 3 B-model Saabs from Pinnacle(after Mesaba returned the planes to them through bankruptcy) but those are not B+, so you might also check up on that. Remember, if a pilot tells you something about new aircraft or routes, there's a 99% chance he's wrong.

I thought you meant LYH, my reply was aimed more at the guy above you, sorry about that. I was feeling a little bit curmudgeonly that night, I don't suppose it was really necessary for me to ridicule anyone in such a manner. My bad. LYH would be cool, though.
