Default CHQ crj problems?

Have heard rumors from a CHQ pilot that the Chautauqua CRJ program for the new IAH XJT/Continental flying is not going so smoothly and/or they may have to start flying with ERJ's. Anybody have any info on this? Also, has anyone heard of CHQ flying the CRJ anywhere outside of IAH?

Thanks in advance.

CHQ all along has been planning on using ERJs to do about half of this flying. We are shifting 20 145's from USairways (in exchange for 30 175s) over to CAL. The rest will be CRJ 200s. The CRJ program is up and running with the first group of Captns in training now, and CRJ new hire class started 10/19.

No, there really isn't that much more to it. The classes were delayed 2 or 3 weeks at the very last minute (as in, people were already at the training facility), but kingpin is right--classes are on now.

Did anyone ever mention why they decided to add another airframe from a another company only to add 24 airframes? Are there just no more erjs?
