Management had nothing to do with the SLI. That was all ALPA, more specifically, it was 3 pilots from each airline that had zero experience in SLI negotiations, and each shot for the stars. 2 of the groups were reasonable, 1 group was so far out of touch with reality, it wasn't even funny.

How are you losing your left seat? You said previously you're an 07 hire. The only way you're downgrading is if you were one of the guys that flunked training. I was just in the MEM crew hotel talking to a group of colgan guys, they were all good dudes with the exception of one, an '07 colgan hire whining about his top 20 JFK 200 CA line likely not being commutable enough. I'm a 9E early '07 hire, and I bid top 25 as an FO... For what its worth, the other colgan guys seem to dislike that individual...

Dude we're not asking for sympathy! Were did you read that? Your comprehension level must be horrible cause I was telling the other guy that just because your going back as an FO doesnt mean you failed the ride.
