Are you currently a 9E FO? If you are, then you can jump and have a temporary paycut for 6 months while you're FO, and then a payraise when you are Captain. Or you can stay and take a 5-10% paycut at minimum at 9E along with a boatload of concessions in health, 401k, etc.
For what? Offering a viable option?

Right on bro, I bet you guys are probably hoping you're going to pick up some DCI -900 flying, right?
Your pay rates aren't too bad, but your contract and work rules suck. I hope you guys can get a new contract soon and raise the bar for everyone else.
How is the DCI flying coming along BTW?
How many DCI planes are in operation right now?

The delta flying has been average at best. Mx has caused many cancellations. The performance on the delta side definately leaves much to be desired.
The 12th and final airplane went into service on saturday.

How do we know the upgrade at GJ will continue? Look at what happened at Pinnacle in 08... Guy were upgrading in less a month, and everything stopped. I'm not going to get in my personal finance, but FOR ME it will be the worst move to go to GJ. If I had to start over, I would rather go to Skywest based on my personal situation. Upgrade and CA pay is not everything to some people. Certain things in life you can't put a price on.
