Default Will Pinnacle be sold off?

Just wondering what people are speculating? Will PCL be sold after the bk is finished or will 9E be a stand alone company?

Well, doesn't delta own them now? I imagine they will be sold off ASAP after bk. Delta seems to hate owning regionals... If they can't sell them, they might get dismantled like the comair boys.

Delta doesn't own them, they have provided DIP finiancing, so they are in the drivers seat, but they do not own the company.

WILL, they can't be sold off since they are a stand alone, so do you mean will someone merge with them, or will they remain a stand alone?

It's just a simple misunderstanding.

Pinnacle is NOT owned by Delta.
Pinnacle IS pwned by Delta.

I think most people think that Delta bought us since they provided DIP financing.

Delta owns Pinnacle without the hassles of actually owning them.
