Minney at the Pan Am facility, and why do you have Phantom status?

Okay, let me get this straight:

I am being displaced from the Saab to the Q, with a class date in August, for an airframe that will be gone before the end of year, so I can get displaced to another airframe and downgrade around New Years.

Look, just pay the me the money I would have earned, let me be trained on my ultimate airframe, save a ton of money (half a years pay), and be done with it.

Never mind, I like school.

Will you be done with class in time to even bid a line on the Q? This seems like yet another shot in the foot.

with the wind down, the people moving over from the saab to the q wont even have the senority to hold a line once they finish training. And why are we putting people into the Iah Q400? that operation stops on July 5. And why are we,,, f-it. Dumb meet dumber. New management, same dumb game

oh, and i see tons of mistskes in the thing. They awarded rj positions to junior saab displacements over senior guys on the iah Q400 that are being displaced. for the record, im going to say this will come with 8 revisions. 8 boys, place your bets on wheel o' dip****e

Wow, sorry to hear all this guys. It's funny how history, even short term history, seems destine to repeat itself. Best of luck to everyone over there.

I feel very fortunate to have escaped the colossal poop (stoopid profanity filter ) storm that is Pinnacolaba.

Go get another type rating on them. Seems pretty simple to me. You can't fix stupid so might as well go with it

Especially for Colgan CAs that will soon be RJ FOs. Take the Q type and pay and then hold that higher pay until you pass FO RJ training. That's a long time at the higher pay.
