Especially for Colgan CAs that will soon be RJ FOs. Take the Q type and pay and then hold that higher pay until you pass FO RJ training. That's a long time at the higher pay.

I wouldn't be surprise if most of the downgraded CA on the Colgan side will bail. I know I would if I was 2,000 or lower in seniority.
