So they are basically saying they have no business plan and they are waiting to see what happens... Sounds like Spandex at the helm is steering the ship right off the cliff.

Why would a ship be on a cliff? Shouldn't it be in the water? Maybe that's the problem

It sounds like to me they want to get rid of the 20 year payscale. This memo is pointing its finger clearly at the top... it will be interesting to see how the union responds, as that's where the vested interest lies.

The same way our "ALPA brothers" at Compass are being used to whipsaw us.

Does he care? His losses will only be temporary until his acehole buddies on other management teams toss him a life raft. His years of experience are transferable. Ours? Not so much...

You already know how they're going to respond: We need to make sure the company is financially viable. Less dues are better than no dues.

Ha! Priceless. When your business plan needs concessions in order to make it work, it's time to STFD!

Most of the junior 9E pilots have already bailed out, and others continue to leave from the junior side (guys #2000 and above). Of course, the lifers on the -900s will want their money-maker to survive, so the paycuts will come. It's sad, but it is what it is. I just find it funny there are those 9E pilots still taking shots at GoJets, yet they don't realize that in less than 12 months, they will be making at or less than GoJets wages. You want the -900s, it's gonna be GoJets/Compass wages. OR you can draw a line and say "**** this" and just leave. Of course, there are those who still view themselves as 'above' applying to places like Spirit or VA, so they will stick it out. Good luck!

+1... I am one of the 2000+ who is leaving 9e.
