Plan and simple it is busting the pilots by voiding contracts. At least 3 alirlines turned down the 70/90 seat flying because its 40 % below what it should be. Atlantic Coast, Air Wisconsin, and TSA pilots all said no way. Blow JetS took it and screwed over 3,000 pilots at the other airlines. According to the courts all you have to have is a seperate internet computer system and seperate locking office and you can start an alter ego airline. It can even be in the same building. Why get involved in that mess. They will continue. NWA/Delta are doing it now to there code share. Just think everyone must start over at year one pay again.

to all of you BLOWJETS guys I feel bad for you guys, always trying to state your case, the fact is you are low-life scabs and couldnt get a job at a real airline. You guys are the the Kia's of the automobile industry, sure its a car but its cheap, unreliable and everybody laughs at you when you stroll up in one. Keep telling yourselves whatever you want, I know in the past I have called CHQ bottome feeders, they are def not, their 70 seat pay isnt as high as it should be but still way above yours, Blowjets is a sad excuse for an airline and everybody is aware of it......................losers

hiring is done in the same building, but the HR will be taken care of by Go-Jets personel. Same note, people at the front desk and recruiting offices are from TSH (trans states holdings) and have no affiliation with either airline (or...they have affiliation with both, depending on how you look at it) and will call both people for TSA and Go-Jet.
TSA groundschool is done in a Gojet classroom (there's a big CRJ CPT poster on the wall) and the third floor where groundschool takes place is littered with both GoJet offices and TSA offices, and posters for both companies.
Talk about a civil war.

Not trying to start anything, but it appears GJ is payed more than the TSA guys (according to the pay scale they have here under airlines).

[QUOTE=bla bla bla;76978]Main Entry: scab
Function: noun
1 : a worker who refuses to join a labor union
2 : a union member who refuses to strike or returns to work before a strike has ended
3 : a worker who accepts employment or replaces a union worker during a strike : STRIKE BREAKER
4 : one who works for less than union wages or on nonunion terms
[QUOTE]
1. GoJets pilots are if not already unionized, are unionizing
2. No TSA pilot struck and no GoJet pilot refused to strike
3. Since there hasn't been a strike, then GoJets pilots cannot satisfy this condition either
4. GoJet is a seperate entity from TSA therefore they are not working under TSA union rules.
If this definition is the one you chose to use to define a scab then GoJets pilots definitely aren't scabs.
