Pardon my ignorance, but isn't the Citation certified for single pilot ops? SIC type rating?

At least you get your photo taken around a jet - Timmy style!

Some are, but it's either a second type rating or an endorsement. They are two pilots airplanes with single pilot provisions. It doesn't apply to all of them. Mostly the CJ's and 500's. The Excel, X, Sovereign and maybe the Ultra don't have those provisions.
