Default crewoutfitters ATL C concourse

Can I drop off my luggageworks bag there for repair? I vaguely remember someone telling me they will ship it for you for repairs, but I couldn't find anything on it. And also, do they provide a loaner bag? How long is the usual turnaround time for something like the main zipper replacement?

Yes you can drop your bag there and yes they will ship it, but you have to pay in advance for the shipping. There is also an ASA guy doing bag repairs in ATL that will do it and you won't have to pay for shipping if he has availability. Turnaround is probably 2 if you send it to the factory and a week if the ASA guy can take it. Yes, you can get a loaner but they usually need a day's notice to get a bag from Virginia Ave.

The concourse a location had loaner flight bags on site about a year ago, not sure about roll-a-boards.

They don't have to ship it any more. Repairs are done local in Atlanta now. Bags can be dropped at any Crewoutfitters location or at Crewbag Solutions up in Roswell. PM me if you need more info.

There is someone that advertises full restorations - the ad is on that table next to the "kitchen" on the pilot side of the lounge I think. If I am not mistaken the advertiser is not with crew outfitters, but I have heard the restorations are excellent (whoever does them). If it gets too expensive, pm me... I have an extra I might sell.
