Default Regional pay

I see how they say guaranteed hrs of 75 ect. How often do you work more than that? How many hours a month are you guys actually getting?

It depends on the contract. Flight time and credit can be 2 cdifferent things. I get the 75 hour minumum pay garuntee, but then again I am crew schedulings second string *****... gotta love reserve.

There are times when I flew 40 hrs in a month and got 95 hrs pay. There was one month on reserve I got 75 hrs pay and flew 2.6 hrs. some months I get paid for 90hrs and fly 80 due to cancellations and under block. It just depends on the the contract. Most airlines are going to have a minimum garuantee, in this case 75. You are gauranteed to get paid that. There are times when it can go lower. Like calling in sick and not electing to use sick time. Trading or dropping days below 75.

reserve means your on call in case something happens to another crew so its kinda hard to hold a second job.

unless you can run that sexond job at your own pace via a phone or computer or something like hat

reserve isnt even conducive to a good drinking schedule
