Pinnacle's Vagueness

Belliott, stay away from Pinnacle!! The pilots are a great bunch of people, but the airline itself is an effing joke. I left during training after XJT hired me... it's like night and day between the two.... trust me. You want to go somewhere that treats its pilot group as an asset, not just another place to pinch a few more pennies.
And ground school is like watching Beavis and Butthead all day, the instructors are worthless.

To my knowledge, no companies (at least not airlines) are going to blacklist you for sending a resume without the minimums. They barely have the resources to sort through the resumes they get... do you think they have the resources and manpower to keep a blacklist up to date?
Now if you send a resume that lists 250TT, 5ME and no commercial pilot certificate, that might be a different thing...
Odds are that if you don't meet what they want in a candidate, your resume and cover letter go right into the circular file. I know that's what we did when I worked for the recruiters office...

Thats true! I remember a few years back when the interview process at pinnacle was just a chit chat with the chief pilot for about 20 min and you were done. And as long as u didn't tell anyone to F*&$ off you were basically hired.

which those upgrade slots could have been filled with people who didn't cut in line to get this job in the first place and probably deserve it more.
