What was actually said was that management does not anticipate the need to hire in 2013. No one has officially stated that there will NOT be hiring in 2013. I'm still holding hope.

There will be minimal hiring in 2013 at the most, I'd say that's safe to say.

Yep, and the 737-900 is a replacement aircraft for A320, MD-88, 757, and a handful of 767. It's basically staffing neutral. The 717 is the mainline growth aircraft.

Bucking Bar, you've made a lot of weird claims in this thread. What exactly in your Section 1 has been abrogated by this TA? If the answer is "nothing," then nothing in the ALPA Administrative Manual or Constitution & Bylaws has been violated.

Wasn't it 16-36-36? We're scheduled to have more than 50 717s at the end of 2014.

Maybe. And that would coincide with the arrival of the CRJ900's. I need to dig through some memos.
