My question is:

Where did all the Q-400's and Saab 340B's go that were part of Colgan and Mesaba? I've searched the threads but can't seem to come up with anything.

Aren't the Qs at Shupulicah? (Republic cert I think) and the Saabs were sold off piece-meal, most going to Silver, as I recall.

Colgan was shut down in September for the Q's and the Saabs were gone in July. As a part of Delta providing DIP financing, Delta wanted all the Q's gone even though United was willing to provide better rates. The Saabs were just losing money so as a part of the bankruptcy they were gone too. Funny that PennAir and Silver are making money on the Saabs using the same airplanes (well, Mesaba's old saabs) and flying the same routes. The Q's are now being flown by Republic.
