A company can hire whoever they want. If they lower the bar, its their bar to lower. Its their assests, they do what they want. Many of my white male classmates are narrow body FO's at L-CAL. MANY of them got gaurd slots, fighter slots, etc and here I am in a lil ole 50 seater slaving away. Am I complaining? NO! Why, because I count my blessings...some of you should too. |
