Default Go not Go-ing

I have it from a trusted source that Go! is basically falling apart. No spare aircraft or parts inventory in HNL and due to hard mechanicals several cxls have occured with Mesa having to pay to put pax in hotels for several days. Also, these cxl are keeping Go! crewmembers from getting to the bases to start trips. Is HA too full/expensive for JO to buy tickets to deadhead crewmembers or can JO not afford it?
