Default No GoJets in our jumpseats

PSA Flight Levels – Special Edition
November 16, 2006 Edition

Flight Levels is e-mailed to you periodically by the PSA ALPA MEC and Communications Committee to bring you up to date on your union's activities and accomplishments.

...

GoJets has asked the company for a reciprocal jumpseat agreement. In the process, their pilot group circumvented our Jumpseat Committee and, therefore, we do not recognize this request. Furthermore, GoJets was formed as an alter-ego carrier to undermine the collective bargaining agreement Trans States (ALPA) pilots have worked so hard to protect. We are not mentioning this because GoJets pilots are non-ALPA (we carry many non-ALPA pilots on our jumpseats), but because they are anti-ALPA and their actions continue to harm fellow ALPA pilots.

For this reason we recommend that GoJets pilots not be offered the privilege of a free ride on PSA flights. This view is shared by jumpseat committees at US Airways at Piedmont, as well as the PSA MEC and other ALPA pilots groups.

This is not a war.... Not many people ride on gojets anyways, so limiting them on other jumpseats is really only a loss to GJ pilots....

finally pilots are getting away from their "hippy love and share jumpseats for everybody" attitude which does nothing to deter companies like gojets pilots

keep up the good work

ITS funny SCUMBAGJETS pilots think we all will forget and move on. WE won't forget, you guys blow and you are not realy airline pilots. You could not get a real airlinejob and decided to go to HOMOJETS. I love when I see guys that fly for PENISJETS and they try to pawn it off as TRANSTATES HOLDINGS. Keep up the work fellas no jumpseats for GIRLIEJETS. OK I am out of breathe I beat this to death hahah.

So are GoJets, like the Freedom air pilots? more or less (effectively) Scabs in terms of hiring at "ANY" ALPA carrier then?

I guess I'd better pull my resume from them then! I've been out of the industry for a bit, so pardon the dumb question.
